Service Description
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a complementary treatment that releases tensions deep in the body to help reduce pain, relieve dysfunction, and improve whole-body health and performance. By facilitating the body's natural and innate healing processes, CST is increasingly used as a preventive healthcare measure for its ability to bolster resistance to disease. CST sessions are profoundly deep, gentle and relaxing and relieve restrictions in the craniosacral system (brain, spinal cord, membranes), improve the flow of cerebrospinal fluid, release fascial restrictions, improve movement and can be extremely helpful in regulating the nervous system and supporting in the treatment and healing of physical and emotional trauma. Sessions are 75m/$115, 90m/$125, 120m/$165 * additional suggested gratuity not included
Cancellation Policy
Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations will be charged the session fee.
