Mobile sessions are available on Wednesdays within 20 miles of downtown Asheville. You will need to submit a request for booking and manually be approved for your appointment. Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a complementary treatment that releases tensions deep in the body to help reduce pain, relieve dysfunction, and improve whole-body health and performance. By facilitating the body's natural and innate healing processes, CST is increasingly used as a preventive healthcare measure for its ability to bolster resistance to disease. CST sessions are profoundly deep, gentle and relaxing and relieve restrictions in the craniosacral system (brain, spinal cord, membranes), improve the flow of cerebrospinal fluid, release fascial restrictions, improve movement and can be extremely helpful in regulating the nervous system and supporting in the treatment and healing of physical and emotional trauma. * Price includes Travel Fee.
